The most common way to experience all the Adriatic Sea has to offer is by booking a luxury yacht in Croatia, but if you are feeling particularly adventurous, you may want to try getting some friends and family together and try yacht racing along the coast. The key to having a fun racing experience is using a one design fleet of yachts, this means that everyone gets a roughly equal yacht, so that the race is won by the best sailor and not by who gets the better yacht.
If you want the best racing experience, find a one design fleet that uses the Hanse 445 racing yacht. The Hanse 445 is a dream to race up and down the coastline. It has enough room for three or four people to comfortably be on deck at the same time. The yacht does not sacrifice speed for comfort, you will be able to maintain high speeds while your friends relax comfortably on the deck. Do not think the yacht is just for experienced sailors either. With a user friendly navigation system and an optimized steering system, it’s easy to maintain flawless control of the yacht, even at higher speeds. The Hanse 445 allows both veteran and amateur sailors alike to have fun and stay competitive in a race.
So do not wait, go find a one design fleet, and experience the joys of yacht racing with your friends and family. And of course, if after racing you want to explore the coast at a more leisurely pace you can always get a Hanse 575 charter in Croatia, and experience the coast from the comfort of a luxury yacht.
