The UK’s music industry is worth over £4 billion to the economy. Every year thousands pick up an instrument to learn to play after being inspired by British hit makers like Ed Sheeran and Adele. Despite music’s popularity it can be difficult to access unbiased reviews and information on instruments and accessories, but the launch of website Music Skanner is changing that.
Budding musicians and instrument enthusiasts can now access neutral reviews written by others passionate about music at Music Skanner. The enthusiastic team meticulously search from every bit of information they can find about an instrument or accessory before writing reviews that give an objective conclusion that readers can rely on to be accurate.
Raphael Taylor, Operation Manager of Music Scanner, said, “Music is a huge part of our culture and brings enjoyment to so many people, whether they’re playing an instrument themselves or listening to the radio - but finding the information musicians need when looking for new equipment can be tough. At Music Skanner we know how frustrating and time consuming it can be to search for reviews and advice on musical equipment and decipher what’s biased and what’s accurate. That’s why we put together a team of passionate artists to provide the reliable information that musicians need in one accessible place.”
Music Skanner’s ambition is to become the number one destination for musicians looking for information on products relating to music, whether they’re interested in buying a new guitar or want to find out which budget microphone is the best option. Every writer on the website’s team has a background in music, giving them an ability to recognise the pros and cons of products and offer advice to readers.
Music Skanner doesn’t just write reviews either, music lovers can also find articles on musicians that the knowledgeable team admire, information on what equipment should be used and much more.
