Join Inspired Escapes and Educating the Children in Kenya this February

On 14th February 2016 Inspired Escapes, in a partnership with British charity Educating The Children (ETC), will be flying to Nairobi, Kenya, to begin the trip of a lifetime. 

After landing in Nairobi, Inspired travellers will begin a safari journey into the heart of the Masai Mara reserve, experiencing the local culture and cuisine along the way as we take a journey through the real Kenya, being guided by the people who know the area best - your average tourist package, it is not.

Travellers will spend 5 days and 4 nights travelling through one of the world’s most naturally thrilling areas, home to some of this planets' most exotic wildlife in their natural habitat, whilst staying in the famous eco-lodge, The Sarova Mara camp.

On 20th February 2016, the final day, inspired travellers will arrive just in time to be a part of the opening of The Sekenani Girls’ High School, the very first girls’ secondary school in the region. Inspired travellers will also have a chance to interact  with the students and learn about how Educating The Children is developing the region to provide a better education and future for the next generation. Following the end of the school day the party will head back to Nairobi to make the journey back home.

Accompanying the travellers will be CEO of Inspired Ventures, Jennifer Viloria, and founder of ETC, Sonal Kadchha; both of whom have been key in setting up this trip, with Sonal especially being a well known philanthropic figure in the Masai Mara.

This trip will provide travellers with life-long memories, and will give them the chance to make connections with people who have a completely different culture and world outlook.
