Research have shown that many women have a fear and get over exaggerated when it comes to checking up for breast cancer and if the result are positive then they take decisions in a hurry like procedure of mastectomy, which might or might not be necessary for a specific person going through this. It is better to consult your doctor as soon as breast cancer is detected.
Many of us have a myth that breast cancer is considered to be the death sentence for the person who have it, but it is not so. Nowadays, there are a lot of treatments that can be used in the treatment of breast cancer and it can be treated completely without any health issue later on. Earlier chest radiation, abnormal biopsy of breast, getting menstruation before the age of 12 or getting menopause after 55 can also result in breast cancer. Women having no children, having too much of alcohol, or is too obese is also at a higher risk of getting breast cancer. Experts says that if women of your family hasn't got it, then that doesn't mean that you are totally immune to this type of cancer, there is a chances of you beginning breast cancer in your family which should definitely make you aware of living a healthy lifestyle.
If you don't want to get this health issue, then you Wed to be alert of the above-mentioned symptoms and if incase you experience any one of them for a long period of time, then this is the time to let your doctor know about it. If you are into smoking, alcohol consumption or you are drug abuse, then it is mandatory for you to quit all the bad habits and start leaving a healthy life. Even doing regular exercise will control your weight and will help you to stay fit. If exercise is too much for you, then you can try yoga for bringing down the exaggeration of the body.
Even though it has been said by the experts that any of the above symptoms can result into breast cancer, but sometimes even if a women is having one of the two similar symptoms, still she might be immune to this type of cancer. But, still it is better to get yourself checkup rather than being confused about the same, so that you can be sure whether you have breast cancer or not. Even if it is not detected, still you should be going to follow up checkup once in a year. The best to stay away from such type of health issue or to at least be aware about what is going on with your body; it is recommended to go for regular full body checkup.
