Boca Raton, FL, November 29, 2016 /PressReleasePing/ - Stop by booth 76 for a sample of Cobra Clean Biodegradable cleaner (while supplies last) and learn how to reduce REGEN Cycles using the ECOFUELMAX a proven low cost ($390) guaranteed opportunity. Hundreds of Transportation Department’s and School Districts have been utilizing these proven solutions to reducing Diesel Regeneration Cycles and Diesel Particulate Filter maintenance, some for over 10 years, (references available). No Chemicals or Maintenance, its life is 20+ years and has proven itself over the last 14 years to save thousands of dollars annually on all motors (diesel, bio-diesel, gasoline, propane, etc). All ECO’s come with a 90 day No Risk, Money Back Guarantee, BBB A+ rating 10+ years. Many Public and Private Transportation organizations are very happy to be able to reduce pollution, maintenance and downtime, with an ROI of less than 20 days.
Since 2007 Coach Buses and Trucks with diesel motors have been experiencing expensive maintenance costs and valuable downtime due to excessive REGEN Cycles. Regen Cycles are activated by a motors computer (ECM) to clean its Diesel Particulate Filter that traps un-burnt fuel or soot. The negative impact of REGEN’s filling up a DPF is loss of power, increased fuel consumption and if not treated a total shutdown of an engine.
Transportation agencies that use the ECOFUELMAX have been experiencing 40% to over 70% less REGEN Cycles. Their vehicles are able to stay on the road and not need to be towed into the shop to do Forced REGEN Cycle cleanings. REGEN Cycles waste fuel 4- 10 gallons per cycle depending on motor.
PSTA’s Gillig Coach Buses after installation noticed a substantial reduction in required maintenance and fuel savings (8.5%). After installation of the ECO, Buses that needed to be towed back to the shop to do Forced Regen Cycle cleaning have stopped. Since installation, only regular less severe regen maintenance has been necessary. Those high mileage Buses with Cummins ISB motors that once required Forced REGEN Cycles one to three times per week have remained on the road, not in the shop, where they belong.
Cobra Clean is a remarkable new Biodegradable cleaner that can clean Diesel Particulate Filters without having to heat them to 3,000 degrees for far less money. You do not have to call for service, cleaning can be done in any garage. It is safe, non-toxic and non-caustic. Cobra Clean can clean a Diesel Particulate Filter for $85.00 without damaging the internal ceramic filter that can be damaged by high heat. Large trucking companies like Sysco and PTF Transport have changed over to using the ECOFUELMAX and Cobra Clean, saving over $5,000 per vehicle per year.
