13th August 2016:
Bangalore-based Trippin Traveller, one of India’s emerging, exciting new travel and tour portals, is delighted to announce the addition of new tours for India. It’s the age of being different. The age of searching the unusual. Tourism as we know it is changing in India. The Indian traveler is now searching more than ever before for authentic experiences. Responsible tourism is the new buzzword in the Indian tourism industry, and today, Trippin Traveller’s launch of their newest, handpicked, and curated tours to beautiful places in rural India show that offbeat travel in India is set to reach newer heights.
With a focus on responsible tourism, their Bylakuppe: An Authentic Tibetan Experience introduces travelers to the quaint town of Bylakuppe, near Kushalnagar in Karnataka. With a visit to the Golden Temple in Namdroling, the 2-day tour takes travelers to lesser-known monasteries in the Tibetan settlement, a chance for conversations with monks, interaction with local Thangka artists, and a peek into traditional Tibetan carpet-making industries. With piping hot Thukpa noodles and momos to savor and a monastery stay, the tour is an authentic glimpse of a part of India that is often overlooked by the typical traveler.
Tucked away in the mountains and surrounded by apple orchards, Trippin Traveller’s newest addition to its handpicked collection of some of the best accommodations in India, comes from the picturesque place of Manali in Himachal Pradesh. This newly built guesthouse has been lovingly handcrafted, and offers breataking views of the mountains. Serene trails lead to hidden offbeat travel delights, and serenity is within reach every where.
Akshatha Sajumon, Chief Tour Specialist for Trippin Traveller says: “These new tours allow travelers to understand local culture and heritage. We have carefully curated these tours to take you to places less frequented by tourists, and that offer a perfect blend of history, culture, and nature. We believe in responsible tourism and specialize in offering offbeat and eco-friendly tours in India and abroad.”
Trippin Traveller uses local tour operators to create personalized experiences that are typically not available from other tour operators. All tours can be customized according to the individual traveler’s needs.
Trippin Traveller also works as travel planners, enabling you to plan your trip to the last detail with the least hassle.
