The Lea Team real estate professionals and GreenTech Homes, a Chattanooga-based residential construction company, today announced the groundbreaking of Northshore Heights, a Chattanooga, TN planned residential community offering 80 homes on level lots in North Chattanooga.
Amenities such as walking trails, an enclosed dog park, a community pavilion, and a scenic overlook at the crest of Notting Hill are designed to make Northshore Heights a walk-able neighborhood.
“Demand for new homes for sale in North Chattanooga, TN, has been incredibly strong in the last few years, despite the challenges of steep grades common to the area. Northshore Heights provides beautifully level lots, allowing space for larger homes and usable yard space. This is unheard of in North Chattanooga,” said Jeremy Fitzsimmons, new construction specialist for The Lea Team.
Northshore Heights homes will be constructed with “post-and-beam” exteriors, brick facades, and verdant landscaping. Interiors will be offered in several floor plans, with two-, three- and four-bedroom options.
“We are thrilled to break ground on these new construction homes for sale in Chattanooga, TN. Home owners will love being close to the vibrant life on the Northshore and in the Normal Park school zone, one of the region’s best school systems,” Fitzsimmons said.
A limited number of Northshore Heights house lots are initially available by calling (423) 580-6409. More information is available at www.northshoreheights.com or by connecting on Facebook
