Airwheel currently uses the electricity as its main energy in its intelligent self-balancing scooters. The electricity was applied to Airwheel intelligent self-balancing scooter in the form of Sony-made or Panasonic-made battery group. This is a kind of clean energy which produces no emission into the air. In a sense, this battery applied to Airwheel intelligent self-balancing scooter serves to protect the environment in the city. However, the battery has its own drawback. The battery accounts for the majority of weight and the volume. Airwheel is intent on enhancing the portability by scaling down the weight of volume. The first passport to this aim is to reduce the weight and volume of battery. Therefore the change concerning its main energy is imperative. https://twitter.com/AirwheelCZ/status/773078353746227200

The solar energy is a renewed energy. This kind of renewable energy is as green as the electricity. At the same time, the cost is close to zero once the solar panel is laid down, for it provides the energy for Smart E Bike by trapping the sunlight. Thus this kind of energy is highly likely to enter into Airwheel electric self-balancing scooters. The solar panel put on Airwheel electric scooter is rather light and thin.
