29, August 2016: Many potential players flinched at it. Especially after a long stand-on ride, the rider tends to feel fatigued. Many players complained about the fatigue caused by a long strip. Faced up with the demand, Airwheel developed a brand new mode of ride, the dual mode of ride. This type of mode of ride got its first try-out in the two-wheeled self-balancing scooter S6.

The innovative application of new technology in Airwheel electric self-balancing scooter makes for the great success and popularity of Airwheel in the international market. Technology is shaping our life and changing our world in an imperceptible way. Do is the technology used in Airwheel. It subtly makes Airwheel intelligent self-balancing hoverboard become more popular and convenient, e.g. the APP, the dual mode of ride and the folding design.
The folding design had been brewing long before, but with limited success. Through over the last one year, the strenuous effort by Airwheel bore fruit. The first folding design was used in Airwheel two-wheeled self-balancing scooter A3. The fold-up pedals are introduced in A3, which, in a sense, save more space during the storage. Later, many new folding devices are used in Airwheel smart electric folding bike E6.
In recent days, Airwheel released its latest backpack electric bicycle E3, which wraps folding pedals, saddle and tyres up into it. Most importantly, the fold-up crossbar is also innovatively used in Airwheel E3. Once the user doubles over the crossbar of E3, it will help the user save much space and make E3 convenient to store.

Another revolutionary technology design is the dual mode of ride. In the first place, the electric self-balancing scooters by Airwheel were of stand-on mode of ride, which mainly focused on the recreational purpose. Therefore, the hardness to use scared away a raft of customers. Many potential players flinched at it. In view of a positive feedback from the end users, it is used in Airwheel S8 later.
