As a sign of its commitment to its customers around the world, Tatung USA, Inc. recently launched a revamped company website. The new site, taking the place of their existing product site, features a responsive design, making it accessible on any Web-enabled device including mobile phones and tablets. The overall site layout is easier to navigate and offers visitors a clean, uncluttered interface. In addition to providing site visitors with an improved experience, Tatung USA set out to improve the site’s use as a B2B and B2C platform. “Our new site helps us to connect with business clients as well as consumers from across the globe,” says a spokesperson for the company. “More information and improved product images are a few of the many new features.” To learn more about the company and to explore their range of products visit www.tatungusa.com
The newly-launched website is easier to navigate than the one it replaced. Site visitors can now locate information on specific products and product families, including the company’s smart boards and touchscreen monitor devices. Detailed product information and clear product images help consumers make informed purchasing decisions. Now that the site launch is completed, the company will continue to add features. Of note is its new B2B portal, still in its final phase of development, where company resellers can log in to their accounts. A fun feature for consumers is the recipe section, where website visitors can view recipes designed for Tatung’s collection of small kitchen appliances. Customers even have the opportunity to share their favorite recipes with other site visitors.
Tatung USA has been producing electronic products for commercial and residential consumer uses since 1972. Its products can be found in hotels, casinos, restaurants, and office buildings around the world. The company’s advanced electronic whiteboards and interactive touchscreen monitors are used in educational environments as well as in point-of-sale applications. An extensive line of small appliances for home kitchens rounds out the company’s innovations. Tatung also offers third-party logistics and warranty repair services, adding to the company’s reputation as a leader in the technology field.
