Successful Snohomish Entrepreneur Helps New Business Owners Manage Piles Of Cash

Snohomish native and real estate investor, James Leis, is changing lives through entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

Seattle, Washington - James Leis, a successful entrepreneur who has been involved in closing more than 90 real estate transactions, is blazing a trail for others looking to follow in his footsteps.

The Snohomish native has created a 300-member team of real estate investors in Sacramento, where he now calls home. "The group that we have built through real estate and financial education is really inspiring and helping others to leave corporate America in pursuit of the American Dream," he said.

Leis, who served in the Air Force, is the featured speaker at a real estate investor training forum at North Seattle College, 9600 College Way North in Seattle on September 10, 2016 from 9AM-4PM. The event is sponsored by RISE (Real Estate Investing Success thru Education), a local investing community that promotes education and mentoring to its members.

Although the pathway to success is now clear for Leis, that wasn't always the case. He held a number of jobs before transitioning into operating his own company. "It was challenging to switch my mentality from W2 employee to running my own business. I was fortunate enough to join Renatus, a nationwide real estate investment education firm. It has armed me and many others with the knowledge needed to be successful." Leis serves as a Founders Advisory Board member for Renatus.

In addition to building a successful team in Sacramento, Leis' accomplishments continue to pile up. He has helped execute a number of successful real estate transactions, including two deals in 2013. "I made a total of about $100,000 that month thanks to those two transactions." But what is more important to him is advancing his goal of creating financial freedom for people. "Our investors continue to learn about debt reduction strategies and mastering concepts of keeping their money. One of the people who I helped managed to pay off his $150,000 house in four months."
