Possible methodsinclude lens distortion correction, digital pan–tilt–zoom (ePTZ), privat zones,motion tracking, dual stream and the fusion of the images with other sensorsignals such as radar. Further, it is possible not to forward the imagesthemselves but only the obtained information from their evaluation in order toreduce the amount of transferred data. A digital Ethernet interface allowscustom specific programming of the Blue Raven cameras.

The Cameras: Intrinsically Safe | IndustrialVision Camera | HDR-CMOS Cameras has a very light sensitive HDR-CMOS sensorand a high dynamic range of more than 120dB. The Industrial VisionCamera | HDR-CMOS Cameras can be used on mobile vehicles like heavytrucks, transport vehicles, agricultural equipment, and mining machines.

With its very lightsensitive HDR-CMOS image sensor and high dynamic range >120 dB the BlueRaven cameras are ideal for high brightness differences and low lightconditions. The cameras are robust against mechanical shocks, vibrations andtemperature changes. Additionally, the housings are protected against ingressof water and dust. All of First Sensor’s OEM cameras are subject to the qualitymanagement standard for the automotive industry ISO/TS 16949.
