Spiti Developers has launched Spiti Homes, a new residential plotted township in Sector 99A, along the Dwarka Expressway corridor in Gurugram. Spread across 12.14 acres, the township falls under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY), a Haryana government scheme that enables planned, affordable plotted colonies with proper civic infrastructure. Spiti Homes is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under number GGM/795/527/2024/22. Home loan assistance is available through partner banks, and NRI buyers can purchase plots in accordance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
