Prospect Equities, a premier luxury real estate brokerage firm, recently announced the launch of a new mobile app currently available for download on Google Play and iTunes. The company’s founder and president, Richard M. Killian, states that he feels this new technology will help the firm and their agents provide better support to their customers and clientele and offers several features to their user base that will significantly help customers find the perfect home for themselves and their families.
“We are very excited to announce the launch of our new Prospect Equities mobile app,” Killian said. “We firmly believe that, with our proprietary customer strategy systems and all of the features our app now offers, this will significantly improve the home buying experience for thousands of people throughout the Chicago, New York, South Florida, and Arizona regions.”
The new app offers several impressive features, including a high-end search engine, simplifying searching for properties offered through the firm; a photo slideshow of property and home listings, and instant directions to homes and properties available for sale. “We also allow users to share listings with their friends and loved ones through text and email,” Killian said.
“We recognize that, when it comes to buying a new home, many people turn to their friends, family, and loved ones for advice and suggestions. We wanted to be able to assist people with finding a new home, easily and affordably, through the mobile app, which is why we included this in the list of features it offers.”
Moreover, the app also shows users a full range of homes and properties available for rent, includes a built-in mortgage calculator, as well as recommended listing notifications via their mobile phone or tablet.
“Our ultimate goal with this app is to make shopping for a new home less painful, and more accessible. Buying a new home should not be a stressful experience – it should be a happy, exciting time in a person’s or couple’s lives, one they can look forward to. We believe that our app will simplify the experience for our users as well as our agents working hard to provide quality service to our customers,” Killian said.
Prospect Equities, a tone setter in real estate innovation, is one of the first brokerages to feature this type of technology to power their agents and prospective home buyers in the New York City market. To download the Prospect Equity app, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store
