A key to the growth of small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) is constant research, innovation and rapid commercialisation. When it comes to commercially-focused research and development, SMEs often find it difficult to get dedicated, cost-effective support in Australia. To fill this gap, OzScientific Pty Ltd has teamed up with highly experienced and well-regarded food industry professionals to deliver tailor-made research and development services to SMEs in Australia. Using our well-equipped laboratory and with access to pilot-scale facilities, the OzScientific team aims to provide innovative and cost-effective R&D solutions to SMEs.
OzScientific lab is able to provide crucial analytical services in physical functional properties (such as particle size, rheology and texture) required in the new product development or assessing the quality and shelf life of food products.
In addition, OzScientific is offering technical training using in-house resources and external expertise to help SMEs in innovation and product development.
