Countryside, Illinois (prnob) May 20, 2015 - K2 Tank Lines, a bulk liquid transportation company, based in Countryside, IL is proud to announce the release of the company's new corporate website.
The new website provides Company related information to site visitors but is primarily focused on recruiting independent contractor Owner Operators. According to Mike Kaspar, CEO of K2 Tank Lines, "Recruiting excellent Owner Operators is extremely important to us and our new website will help us in that process."
"We are seeing tremendous growth in the demand for our services and with that growth comes the desire for well qualified and professional Owner Operators. Our new website has a secure, easy to use online application for Owner Operators to use to determine if they are a fit for our great team," Kaspar also commented.
The site combines an elegant design, an easy to navigate interface, contact forms and an online application for interested Owner Operators to complete. "Integrating the online application with our internal HR functions will make the process much easier for prescreening Owner Operator applications," according to Kaspar.
The bulk liquid transportation industry along with technology is constantly changing, so the site uses a responsive design. This means that the website will automatically adapt to the user's device whether it be a desktop, mobile phone or tablet. The site also integrates a language translation feature and a content management system that will be used to add new content, videos and other pertinent information to keep the website up-to-date and fresh.
For Independent Contractors/Owner Operators visiting the website, the process is simple, click on the online application image or visit the Careers page and click the link to complete the form. The site also allows the form to be saved and edited for completion at a later time. Once completed and submitted the form will automatically be emailed to the appropriate K2 representative for immediate review.
