Jose Padilla, JD, has been named general counsel for Lumin Health™ – an innovative, privately owned and operated healthcare enterprise based in Irving, Texas. He previously served as assistant general counsel for Aristocrat Technologies in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Padilla’s background includes diverse experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters within the healthcare industry. He spent much of his career at some of the nation’s leading law firms. He previously served as in-house counsel at Golden Living, one of the country’s leading post-acute healthcare companies, and also taught transactional law as an adjunct professor at UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.
Padilla graduated with honors from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree, and obtained a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
