Strength and flexibility full body workout is perfect for all ages, all levels of fitness
Ballwin, MO, November 10, 2016 -- Solefit exercise company owner Gay Herron is expanding her classes and introducing ESSENTRICS to a brand new group of fitness enthusiasts!
Gay’s goal is to bring ESSENTRICS exercise classes to as many students as possible in the St. Louis area. In addition to teaching ESSENTRICS ™program at Silver Lining at Clayton & Mason Roads and at Eureka United Methodist Church, she is introducing the program to exercise enthusiasts at The Lodge At Des Peres, offering two free sessions at noon on November 9th and November 16th, prior to holding eight week sessions, beginning in January.
ESSENTRICS™ exercise program was developed by former ballerina Miranda Esmonde-White, author of the New York Times Bestseller “Aging Backwards.” ESSENTRICS combines ballet movements with tai chi and the healing principles of physiotherapy to create long, lean, flexible muscles while reducing pain. The workouts are designed to help people develop bodies with strong muscles and enhanced mobility. A strong and flexible body slows down the aging process. Participants will be able to fully enjoy their favorite activities for much longer.
Herron says that if participants work at their own pace, beginners and veteran exercisers will enjoy ESSENTRICS®. However, she encourages potential participants who have medical issues to check with their health practitioner before starting any new exercise program.
