Press Release, England, UK, Sep 17, 2015 -- Creativedge Training & Development has launched its new Virtual Open Courses which have been specifically designed to allow individuals the chance to benefit from cost-effective, high impact, virtual 90-minute training courses delivered live online. The new courses can be accessed from any web browser using adobe flash player and also on a smartphone or mobile tablet device.
The Open Courses can be used by any individual and companies of any size and sector where an employee may require ad-hoc training in a particular area without the company having to sign-up to a long-term training series. In this case, Virtual Open courses are ideal for busy professionals in large companies who may find it difficult to set aside regular scheduled time for their personal development, or for people who have been recently promoted, or who are perhaps considering going for a promotion.
As Mark McCormack, Creativedge Business Development Manager explains, “Our Virtual Open Courses have been created for anyone to attend, whether they are an individual or work for an organisation, as both may have a particular training needs they want to address in the most cost-effective way. This was probably the most compelling reason behind our decision to make VT Courses accessible for a wider market of ‘pay-as-you-‘learners’.”
Issues covered in the first, planned series of monthly Virtual Open Courses, include:-
- Dealing with Difficult People
- Mentoring
- Time Management (Part 1)
Accessed using the Adobe Connect Platform, the bite-size Open Courses can be attended by up to 20 participants worldwide. The platform allows every attendee to interact directly with both trainer and other participants in order that everyone can benefit from a highly participatory training experience with interactive PDF’s and comprehensive participant materials. A variety of tools built-in to the learning platform facilitates a multi-directional flow of information for all participants.
