Miami Beach, FL, November 28, 2016 /PressReleasePing/ - The new Luxury Residential Division will cater to national and international buyers looking to buy a residential properties in the range of 4,000,000 USD and more. “We are looking for a limited number of real estate agents, that we would like to add not only to this new division, but to the other divisions as well, so we can help them to become a specialized and exclusive agent for each specific country and focus all the marketing effort only on one country, instead to disperse their effort on various countries and markets” said Sydney S. Budina.
Chopard International Managing Broker Sydney S. Budina says that census data and various statistics indicate that the ultra-wealthy are on the rise. The number of households with incomes above $150,000 rose by more than 50 % during last 6 years, and the projection shows that it can grow by an additional 35 % during next 6 years.
That is tailored to the specialized needs of our national and international clients looking for properties (homes and condos) priced at $4 million and above. The properties are located in the area that we call “100 Golden Miles”, the coastal area of around 100 miles (160 km) long, starting from South of Miami and ending in Jupiter), between Dixie Highway (US 1) and the ocean, ” said Sydney S. Budina.
“In the course of recent years regardless of the strong dollar and and consequently numerous weaker currencies, national and international high-net-worth population has exploded thanks to our booming economy, bearish stock market, foreign real estate investment, growing tech sector, and constantly increasing international appeal”, said Sydney S. Budina.
“All this has created a need to provide premium level and multi-lingual services to Miami’s growing ultra-high-net-worth real estate market”, said Sydney S. Budina.
“Our actual focus was concentrated only on new developments, spec homes and pre-construction projects, but now at this stage of real estate cycle and forthcoming buyer’s market, we will aggregate the existing inventory and recently completed properties and projects as well,” said Sydney S. Budina.
The actual demands in the real estate market are fueling the transformation of real estate into more than just developing residences and properties. Nowadays, sophistication is the watchword because of the desires for luxury living. Various degrees of constructions are well under way to even beat the records already on ground and set new standards for luxury living.
