Roger's Plumbing is a reputable, well-established plumbing company founded in 1994 by Roger L. Patterson. This year marks 22 years of plumbing services' delivery for this family-owned business in the greater Austin Texas area — an incredible achievement for a service-based business, helped by the company's reputable track record.
Roger L. Patterson, who still plays an active role in the company's management, founded Roger's Plumbing, Inc. in 1994 in Austin, Texas. The family-owned company is backed by a team of experienced, professional technicians. Among other services, Roger's Plumbing provides whole-house re-piping, gas line repairs and installation, bathtub repairs, garbage disposal services and any other plumbing problems including emergency calls. The company serves residential, business and institutional clients.
Driven by a "customer first" business model, Roger's Plumbing has been quick to adopt and implement several creative and innovative business solutions and products.
One of the most popular offerings is the "The Diamond Club," which is a private membership service offered to 22% of the company's clients. Requiring an insignificant daily contribution, Diamond Club members enjoy many benefits including free home inspections, instant and emergency call responses and discounted service charges. The "Royal Privilege Program" is a type of credit system, where the customer can purchase plumbing services and installations at a credit and then clear the debt with regular monthly payments. The company advises its clients to join this program in order to enjoy a revolving line of credit and also to save on future price hikes. Membership is free and payment options are many and convenient.
The "Happy Today or You Don’t Pay" policy is a registered trademark of Roger's Plumbing, Inc. The company promises to keep working on a plumbing call until the client is fully satisfied. Customers are encouraged to assess every aspect of service delivery before paying; this includes the actions and mannerisms of the workforce. Lastly, Roger’s Plumbing offers free $25 coupons via email to its clients. Anyone wishing to get the coupons must fill out their personal and physical address details in a form on the company's website. The email coupons can be used as cash deductions for any plumbing service offered by the company. More information can be found at http://callrogersplumbing.com/online-coupon
Roger's Plumbing was founded by an experienced, reliable plumber, who was (and still is) dedicated to achieving full customer satisfaction. Originally, it was a small localized practice intended to solve the plumbing needs of the founder's neighborhood in Austin. Over the years, the company has prospered and expanded — extending its coverage to many regions in the greater Austin Texas area, such as Lago Vista, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, Pflugerville, and Round Rock. Roger's Plumbing is still headquartered in Austin, but its regional offices ensure that its services are just a phone call away.
As the company celebrates 22 years in plumbing, one thing is clear; it's founded on family values. According to its website, "FAMILY COMES FIRST." In an admirable display of selflessness, the company places the customers' families first and then its workforce's families come second, while the owner's/founder's family comes last. In its 22 years in the plumbing industry, Roger's Plumbing has continued to uphold impressive business principles and stringent ethical values in a bid to ensure customer satisfaction.
