Princess Maria realized many charities would function better with an informal link and she is the founder of We Care for Humanity in Los Angeles U. S. A. and the Global Officials of Dignity Awards which link humanitarians by a silken thread to a web of like-minds stretching the world. An influencer of world affairs for peace, Traveling Princess Maria strives to spread humanitarianism throughout the world. The Global Official of Dignity Awards was born for this aim. The first Global Officials of Dignity Awards 2013 was held at The Academy of Television Arts & Science in Los Angeles. She was born in the U.K. She first read her poem Winston Churchill to an audience that included WW2 heroine humanitarian Baroness Sue Ryder as guest of honour.
